MortCalc ReadMe 11/29/93This app came about because my mother handed me a worksheet which is used to calculate how much house you can afford based on income...then the light bulb went on in my head! One week later, MortCalc was born.MortCalc is not an Amortization program, but rather a tool similar to those lenders use to qualify people for mortgages. Please remember that factors other than just income are use to qualify borrowers (all those credit cards you've been running up, tsk tsk tsk).I am very open to suggestions, modifications, and adding any formulas people might suggest to make MortCalc even better.0.9bInitial Release0.99 (thanks beta testers!) -fixed some cosmetic features. -fixed 30year 10percent calculation value (typo). -fixed a problem when the app was opened for the second time factoring values were not reset correctly. -changed some wording to help clarify things. -updated About and Author Information. -immortalized my cat's meow (Kitty, age 13) by adding it to the Info button at the expense of 10k--I haven't decided yet if this is a terrible waste of ram, let me know if you think so.1.0 Released to On-Line servicesSuggestions, comments e-mail to:Internet: consult@che1.che.umn.eduMortCalc is WhateverWare.
