About FloatButton

This is a little demonstration of how to create a movable floating window, and how to call periodic idle events, supplied complete with source.

This program is completely useless, unless you consider that a draggable window that goes 'plink' every 10 seconds and has a button which makes it *sound* as if the Newton has restarted, is actually useful!

All the code should be self-explanatory.
