These images are 360 degree pictures taken as a sequence of adjacent photos joined together. Mars360 displays a panoramic photo of the Pathfinder Mars probe landing site by scrolling the picture to the left or right.Mars360 only runs on the Newton MessagePad 2000 and eMate 300.Using Mars3601) Install Mars360.pkg on the Newton using traditional means.2) Run the viewer by tapping on the Mars360 icon in Extras.3) The "Left" button scrolls the image towards the left (counter-clockwise). The "Right" button scrolls the images towards the right (clockwise). Holding down any direction button will continuously scroll the image.4) The Mars360 information screen is displayed by tapping on the "i" button.5) You may drag the application around on the Newton screen for optimal viewing (the default is in the center of the screen).Thanks for playing with this toy!
