Backlight Plus provides additional controls for your backlight.

Backlight Plus Features
=========================================================================
  o Easy access: Have a backlight button in one of the four corners
    of your Newton's screen.
  o Time interval: Have the backlight turn on at a specified time.


System Requirements
=========================================================================
Backlight Plus requires Newton OS 2.x and 7K of storage space.


Installing Backlight Plus
=========================================================================
Backlight Plus is installed like any Newton package, using the Newton
Backup Utility (NBU), the Newton Connection Utilities (NCU), or
any third-party package downloading utility.


Using Backlight Plus
=========================================================================
When installed, Backlight Plus will initially create a small button in the
upper left hand corner of your Newton screen. Tap on it to turn on or off
the backlight.

You can adjust Backlight Plus' preferences from Prefs->Backlight Plus in
the Extras Drawer. Here, you can assign a different corner for the backlight
button. You can adjust the size of the button from 3 to 10 pixels. In
addition, you can also tell the Newton to turn on the backlight on every
power up.

You can have Backlight Plus turn on the backlight between a specified
set of times. For instance, suppose you want the backlight to turn on
at 8:00 PM and turn off at 2:00 AM. It's easy with Backlight Plus!
