You may install onto internal memory or a card - whatever is convenient.Install the two files called ÒCA Manual 2.0.pkgÓ and ÒClipAssist 2.0.pkgÓ onto your Newton device with the Newton Package Installer, Newton Backup Utility or similar software.(If you are using the Newton Connection Utilities, I recommend that you upgrade to the final 1.0 version, available online from Apple).The software is fully functional in every respect but is time limited to a 30 day trial period.Detailed instructions for using and registering the software are included in the Newton Book ÒCA ManualÓ that will be found in your Extras Drawer. It can be printed, has a full topic outline and hot links for easy navigation. Online help is also provided.Installation instructions - 1.0 users:Before installing the ClipAssist 2.0, open your 1.0 package and paste the contents of the window into the Notepad or Works paper to preserve your data if necessary.Close ClipAssist and delete it from your extras drawer by scrubbing it out or selecting it and choosing delete from the routing button.Choose the storage folder of your extras drawer and delete the soup called ÒClipASoupÓ in the same way. You may wish to check that this soup is not present on any cards that you use also.You can now install the new version of ClipAssist.If you have registered, the new version of ClipAssist will be registered also.
